1. Agreement of Business

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any vehicle, service, or accessories from ASSURED CARS LEEDS. By booking a test drive, placing a deposit, or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Vehicle Information & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure vehicle descriptions, pricing, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect listings.

All vehicles displayed are pre-owned. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person, or review video tours, prior to finalizing purchase.

3. Deposits and Order Reservation

A holding deposit may be placed to reserve a vehicle. Holding deposits are taken in good faith to secure a vehicle pending inspection and final payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, holding deposits are refundable within 7 days if you decide not to proceed with the purchase.

4. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid in full and cleared before the vehicle is released for collection or delivery. We accept payments via bank transfer, debit card, or verified third-party finance providers arranged through our showroom. We do not accept credit cards or cash amounts exceeding legal anti-money laundering limits.

5. Warranty & Roadworthiness

All our vehicles undergo a multi-point inspection prior to sale. Vehicles are supplied with a standard warranty cover (unless otherwise stated). Optional extended warranty products can be purchased. The warranty covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns as defined in the warranty documentation and excludes normal wear and tear items.

6. Distance Selling Regulations

If you purchase a vehicle entirely online or over the telephone without visiting our showroom, you may have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. In such cases, return delivery costs and deduction for usage mileage will apply as detailed in our distance selling package.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
